Jalupro Treatment, Crystal Palace London
Jalupro is a medical device designed for aesthetic use that helps improve the appearance of the skin. It contains a combination of amino acids that help to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. Jalupro can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions and is a popular choice among cosmetic doctors and dermatologists.
What is Jalupro?
Jalupro is a sterile, injectable solution that contains a unique combination of amino acids, including glycine, L-proline, and L-lysine. These amino acids help to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential components of healthy skin. Jalupro comes in the form of a lyophilized powder, which must be reconstituted with sterile water before use.
How does Jalupro work?
Jalupro works by stimulating the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin. Collagen and elastin are essential components of the skin, helping to maintain its structure, elasticity, and firmness. As we age, our body’s production of collagen and elastin decreases, leading to wrinkles, sagging skin, and other signs of aging. Jalupro helps to counteract this process by promoting the production of collagen and elastin in the skin.
What skin conditions can Jalupro treat?
Jalupro is an effective treatment for a variety of skin conditions, including wrinkles, fine lines, sagging skin, and acne scars. It can also be used to improve the texture and tone of the skin, reducing the appearance of uneven pigmentation and sun damage.
How is Jalupro administered?
Jalupro is administered via injection by a qualified medical professional, such as a cosmetic doctor or dermatologist. The treatment area is first cleaned and prepped with an antiseptic solution. The Jalupro solution is then injected into the skin using a fine needle. The injection process takes around 30 minutes and is generally well-tolerated by patients.
You will need 3 sessions of Jalupro spaced 7-10 days apart. There are two different types, one which can be used under the eyes, and the other that cannot. Selection will depend on your skin needs and will be assessed at your consultation.
What are the side effects of Jalupro?
Jalupro is generally well-tolerated by patients, with few side effects reported. Some patients may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, but these symptoms usually resolve within a few days. Allergic reactions to Jalupro are rare but can occur, so it is important to inform your doctor of any allergies you may have before receiving treatment.
What is the recovery time after Jalupro treatment?
There is minimal recovery time associated with Jalupro treatment. Patients can return to their normal activities immediately after the procedure. However, it is important to avoid strenuous exercise or exposure to direct sunlight for a few days after treatment.
How long do the results of Jalupro last?
The results of Jalupro treatment can last up to six months. However, the duration of the results may vary depending on the individual and the severity of their skin condition. Many patients choose to undergo regular Jalupro treatments to maintain their results over time.
In conclusion, Jalupro is an effective treatment for a variety of skin conditions, including wrinkles, fine lines, sagging skin, and acne scars. It works by stimulating the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin, promoting healthy skin structure, elasticity, and firmness. Jalupro is administered via injection by a qualified medical professional and is generally well-tolerated by patients. The results of Jalupro treatment can last up to six months, making it a popular choice among cosmetic doctors and dermatologists.
