Important information
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. At London & Surrey Aesthetics we have a non-refundable cancellation policy. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, so that we can fill your appointment with another client who is waiting. If you cancel at short notice, you will be charged 50% of the service you were due to have.
Late Policy
Ideally try to attend 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you are not rushing to your appointment. Rushing increases blood pressure and can result in more side effects. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to re-schedule your appointment to prevent running late for punctual clients. If we are unable to see you at the time you arrive, you will be charged 50% of your treatment.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment as scheduled without letting us know, you will be charged 100% of your planned treatment.
Age restriction
We do not treat clients under the age of 18 years.
Credit/Debit Card on file
We ask all patients to add a credit or debit card on our files for our cancelation, late and no-show policies. This information is kept completely confidential.
