Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled.

At London & Surrey Aesthetics, we have a non-refundable cancellation policy. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance so that we can fill your appointment with another client who is waiting. If you cancel at short notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Follow-ups will be charged a flat fee of £60 for short-notice cancellation.

Late Policy

Ideally, try to attend 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you are not rushing to your appointment. Rushing increases blood pressure and can result in more side effects during treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to prevent running late for punctual clients. If we are unable to see you at the time you arrive, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment as scheduled without letting us know, you will be charged 100% of your planned treatment. Follow-up no-shows will be charged at £100.

Age restriction

We do not treat clients under the age of 18 years. With the exception of cold plasma treatment which can be administered to 14-18-year-olds with parental consent and chaperone.

Credit/Debit Card on file:

We ask all patients to add a credit or debit card to our files for our cancellation, late and no-show policies. This information is kept completely confidential.

Children in the clinic

Please do not bring children to the clinic, it is a hazardous environment with sharps and chemicals in the clinic room.
